"On November 8, 2019, Staff Sergeant Cole N. Condiff was declared deceased during a training mission over the Gulf of Mexico. At 1116 local time on 5 November 2019, during the 24th Special Operations Wing Special Tactics (ST) Rodeo competition, SSgt Condiff of the 23d Special Tactics Squadron, sustained fatal injuries when his T-11R reserve parachute inadvertently deployed into the wind stream during a static-line parachute jump.
Cole is gone from us, but he is Never Forgotten and Always Remembered."
